Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

At Kheriwals, we have a firm policy that prohibits the return of any purchased items. We provide high quality authentic products and hence feel there is no need for a return. Moreover with products mostly being bulky it leads to a huge operational cost for returns making the sales unviable. Hence once the products are sold, they cannot be returned. All sales are final. 

Refund Policy  

There is no way for us to issue a refund for any of the payments that have been made to us. We ask each and every one of our customers to submit an order only if they are certain that they want to purchase the product. After a consumer has placed an order and paid in advance for it, there will be no further room for cancellations or refunds. This is in accordance with our policy, which states that we do not accept refunds and cancellations.

Exchange Policy 

Products can be exchanged only if a defective product is delivered. Customers can request  an exchange within 7 days for defective products.
